A time to reflect and celebrate a unique life. Our funeral catering service delivers comforting refreshments and warm hospitality to homes, churches, clubs and funeral venues right across Sydney.
What After Funeral Catering Costs in Sydney
Our funeral catering menus start at $11.95 per person for a two-item drop-off selection, $17.95 per person for the most commonly chosen sweet-and-savoury menu, and $22.95 per person for a premium menu suited to an extended reception. Prices are a guide, exclude GST, and vary with venue, guest numbers and whether you choose drop-off or a fully staffed service.
There is no minimum guest number. We cater gatherings from around 15 people through to several hundred, and can usually accommodate bookings at 24 to 72 hours’ notice.

Our Approach To Food
Everything is made fresh with quality ingredients, and kept familiar rather than over the top. Guests at a funeral often span several generations, so the food is chosen to be enjoyed by everyone in the room.
Presentation matters just as much. Platters are arranged with care so the table looks considered and calm. Menus can be customised to suit taste and budget — tell us what you have in mind and we’ll shape it around you.
Staffed, Or Ready-to-Serve
Whether you’d like a fully staffed event with an onsite team of wait & beverage staff, or simply have food and drinks delivered ready-to-serve, we listen to your wishes and ensure everything takes place exactly as you’d like. No detail is spared or overlooked.
Dressed in full uniform and impeccably groomed, our staff oversee set up, food preparation, service, pack down and thorough clean-up. Equipment hire — chairs, tables, linen — is available on request.

Each weekday we deliver a range of nutritious meals — meat, vegetarian and vegan options — for residents within a supported living program. Meals That Matter is an ongoing initiative built into our day to day operations.
